We are fortunate to have our own Forest School area behind the Playgroup building, within the school grounds. When the weather is suitable, every child has the opportunity to take part in a weekly Forest School session.

This natural space gives children time to explore, follow their curiosity and enjoy learning outdoors. From collecting sticks and creating shapes to investigating seasonal changes and playing in the mud, there is always something to discover!

Through these hands-on experiences, children develop their listening, attention, communication and observation skills, alongside balance and coordination. We also encourage teamwork, problem-solving and growing independence, helping children build confidence and learn to care for the natural world.
